Let’s start our journey together. Before we get going, I would like for your to fill out a short questionnaire about your business and your aspirations for your new website - link below.
You’ll find I will have sent you a GDrive folder link, please populate the folders with relevant files and information that will be helpful for the project.
Once I have your questionnaire back, I will send arrange a kick off call to get us going.

Ensure you have filled out the on-boarding questionnaire here.
I request that you please provide me with a planning document for your website, this could be a word document or google doc. For example, what is included in your ideal homepage. You may bullet point a list to include your hero products or services, detail about your companies ethos etc.
Please add as much detail as possible to you document, or if you are happy with the current website page content, you can simply reference that. If you do not have copy available, I will use ‘Lorem Ipsum’ holding text.
If your website is expanding I will need all information to create the new pages and areas on your site. These may include:
Imagery, copy, product descriptions, service guides, links to other pages or products.
Failure or delay to provide these details may push your project timeframe out. I cannot take responsibility for project delays due to lack of assets.

The project timeframe will be as agreed in your quote.
I will send a you a Trello invite after our kick off call, this will have a milestone tracker on it so you can keep updated on progress.

Your project can be paid in full once complete, or split across the project timeframe. For example, if the project last 2 months, invoice can be split across those months. Please advise your preference.
Any website, domain or app charges excluded in quote will be added onto final invoice.
Bank details can be found on invoice.
